In order for Commerce Bank to perform their standard underwriting process for nonprofit organizations, we will need access to your organization's recent financial records. Please select the type of financials that you have available from the dropdown options below and upload the corresponding documents.
The documents should cover two fiscal years or two calendar years (24 consecutive months of activity).

Thank you for providing your information, other than the consent form on the next page, all that's left is signing the application through our third-party partner, PandaDoc.
I will be sending you a link to the pre-filled application soon. After opening the link, please review it for accuracy and fill in any missing information, print the application, and provide wet signatures. Once the application is signed, please upload the completed application into PandaDoc and then I will take over from there.
Typically, once the signed application is uploaded to PandaDoc, credit decisions are made and communicated back in as few as 7 business days.
